Ranch Counselors In Training | Overnight Camp
This two-week program is for our oldest campers and future leaders. Week one is full of personal and leadership development, team building, and skill building. Week two will get into the specifics of how to be a ranch counselor, including working directly with staff, kids, horses and the other animals at our Widji Ranch. Additionally, CITs will also participate in all of the traditional camp activities that Widji has to offer! Participants do not have to have previous horseback riding experience to participate in this program.
CIT Application
The CIT application will be part of the camp registration process. Please fill out the application in the parent portal and a Widji staff member will then reach out to you and your camper to conduct a mock interview.
***Applications and mock interviews are for professional development practice for campers. This does not determine a camper’s acceptance into the program.
