If you need to cancel your session, please notify us 14 days prior to the start of your session date to receive a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. If we are not notified 14 days before, we cannot offer a refund.

To get into your account, give our office a call at 615-360-2267 and our admin team can send you a one-time password.

If the program is full, there will be an option to register for the waitlist. To check availability, please click here.

Unfortunately, this is a very difficult answer. We cap each waitlist to ensure it doesn’t get too long and do our best to add spots when possible. As summer gets closer, it’s not uncommon for waitlist campers to be moved into the program as cancellations happen.

No, until you have paid the non-refundable deposit and your camper’s account says “Registered,” your camper does not have a spot.

When requested, campers of the same age can be placed together. However, we do try to split up siblings to give them their own camp experience and encourage each camper to make new friends. If you’d like to discuss further, please contact the appropriate camp director.

Yes, all meals and snacks are included in the session fee.

Absolutely! If you have a picky eater, sending snacks is a great idea. Please note: we are a nut free facility and any snacks that contain nuts will be taken.

Yes, we can accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions. When registering, make sure to note any allergies and restrictions so we are aware heading into their session. Vegetarian and vegan meal options are available for all campers at all meals. If you’d like to discuss further, feel free to contact our Kitchen Director (TBD -- contact information coming soon).

Absolutely! Our staff are trained to keep a diligent eye on ALL campers and will assist young campers in putting on sunscreen and filling water bottles all day.

To retrieve a lost item, give our office a call at 615-360-2267. Please make sure to clearly label ALL of your camper's items and DO NOT send ANY items of financial or sentimental value to camp. At the end of summer, we will have one final Lost & Found day for all families to come look through our lost and found before all items are donated.

More information coming soon.

Every Wednesday from 7:30-8:30 a.m., Day Camp parents are inviting to come to camp for an hour of climbing and canoeing. This is for DAY campers ONLY. Following this hour of fun, your campers can join their Pack for Morning Assembly.
