Camp Widjiwagan is hosting 3-day boot camps this January focusing on variety of topics such as:
- Leadership
- Developing a culture of excellence
- Staff training
- Budget
- Programming
- And more!
All participants will leave with an outline of actionable initiatives that can be implemented at their own camp to accelerate growth. Over the course of the bootcamp, there will be large round table discussions to help problem-solve as well as networking events to meet other camping professionals.
All bootcamps take place at YMCA Camp Widjiwagan in Nashville and are $200per person.
