Private Equestrian Programs

Riders of all ages, saddle up for the most exciting, horse-riding birthday of all time!

We tailor party programming to your wishes, so if you’d like to explore more Widji activities or spend more time with our horses, we can accommodate your group.

• Ages: All ages
• Price: Depends on group size and activities booked, inquire for more information.
• All party options can be edited. Birthday Parties can also be turned into and overnight sleep over experience by adding a cabin rental at an additional cost.
• Closed toe shoes are required for all activities at the barn. 

Please note that due to our summer camp season, we do not offer riding lessons and birthday parties from mid April through mid August.

Discover the joy of horseback riding! Whether you’re new or experienced, our private and group lesson offer a fun, supportive environment to build your riding skills and learn essential horse care. All ages and skill levels welcome.

Private and Group Lessons (1 hour each)

• Prices: Group Lessons: $60/lesson; Private Lessons: $90/lesson
• Group Size: 2-5 riders, grouped by age and skill level for best experience

What You'll Learn

• Catch, lead, groom, tack, and ride
• Safe horse handling both on the ground and in the saddle

Lesson Breakdown

• First 15 minutes: Grooming and tacking
• Remaining time: Focus on riding techniques

Trail rides are available for groups of all sizes. Two of our experienced trail guides will guide you on an hour-long trail ride through our beautiful wooded property on Percy Priest Lake.
