Ready for the perfect blend of school and fun? Introducing Widji U, a fall study camp! This week-long day camp has two main components: a supervised, facilitated study time in the morning, followed by a hot lunch in the dining hall and then afternoon camp activities!

Please note: Campers can request to be with friends. Private tutors welcome to accompany kids.

Free For Essential Workers

Through a generous partnership with the Tennessee Department of Human Services, Widji U is now completely free for kids of essential workers, ages 5-12.

To qualify, all parents need to do is fill out an employment verification form while registering. That's it! Bus transportation, meals, activities, it's ALL covered!

Bus/Car Rider Info

Brentwood (Concord YMCA) Bus

  • First come, first served
  • Parents must register ahead of time online due to seating capacities
  • $55/ week; $45 for Week 4 (short week)
  • Drop off begins at 7:20 a.m., bus departs for camp at 7:40 a.m.
  • Pick up begins at 5 p.m. All campers must be picked up by 5:30 p.m.

Green Hills Bus - Begins Session 3 (Aug. 3)

  • Drop off begins at 7:15 a.m., bus departs for camp at 7:30 a.m.
  • Pick up begins at 5 p.m. All campers must be picked up by 5:30 p.m.

*Additional bus sites may be added

Car Riders

  • Check in begins at 7:30 a.m. and concludes at 8:30 a.m.
  • Check-out begins at 4:30 p.m. and concludes at 5:30 p.m.
