Fully Refundable Deposit
Reserve your bunk for summer 2012 now and your session deposit is FULLY REFUNDABLE for any reason prior to April 16, 2012.
Fee Reduction for Veteran Campers
Veteran Overnight Campers can deduct $150 for a 2-week session, $75 for a 1-week session or $70 for the Yellow 1. Registration must be received by December 31, 2011.
Early Bird Catches the Worm!
Register before February 29, 2012 and deduct $100 for a two week session, $50 for a one week session and $40 for Yellow 1.
Sibling Savings
Have a brother or sister that is also attending Camp Widjiwagan? Sign up together and save $75 for a two-week session, $40 for a one-week session, or $40 for yellow 1.
Mutli-Session Discount
Sign up for multiple sessions of Overnight Camp and deduct $75 per two week session, $40 per one week session, or $30 for Yellow 1.
Camp Scholarship Information
Thanks to generous donors, the YMCA is able to offer scholarships on a first-come basis to anyone who would like to go to camp. For more information please visit our Camp Scholarship page.

Camp Fee Payments
All camp payments are due on May 11, 2012. If you would like to set up a payment plan please call Debbie at (615) 360-2267. If your deposit is paid by credit card, the balance due will automatically be charged on May 11, unless we have already received payment in full. All changes and cancellations must be made in writing either though the mail, fax (Attn. Camp Registrar), or e-mail [email protected]. Cancellation of a session must be made before the payment due date. The camp deposit is non-refundable without a doctors authorized medical reason.
