C.I.L.T. Teen Leadership Program

C.I.L.T. (10th-11th grades)

Camper in Leadership Training (C.I.L.T.) is an Overnight Camp program for rising 10th and 11th graders. This two-week specialty program's goal is to develop leadership skills that young people can use throughout their lives to help themselves and others identify and achieve goals. In addition the program helps young people learn to effectively lead children. C.I.L.T. members will learn the ins and outs of camp life by living in a cabin with a group of campers.

C.I.L.T. members will participate in a variety of camp activities including trainings and hand-on experiences that will help them develop their leadership skills. Some of the leadership skills the program focuses on are goal setting, teamwork, responsibility, communication, and teaching. These skills are developed through modeling, praise, activities, discussion, journals, mentoring, C.I.L.T. is offered during all sessions. The C.I.L.T. program fee is the same as the camper fees.
